How charming are you? 2018 was the first big year of the collectable 5×5 Custom CharmStamps™, designed by Debra Gabel of Zebra Patterns, the makers of the popular FabricPlates™. This year stores around the world began stocking the customized, printed, 5-inch fabric squares. Each one is a personal expression of the shop. No two are the same!

The clever CharmStamps quickly became a new collectible for quilters. As rowers travelled for Row by Row Experience, they also began the hunt for CharmStamps. Not only are the fabric stamps adorable and unique, the 5-inch size works perfectly for the many patterns designed for charm squares. Quilters can toss one or more into any one of those quilts, patches on totes and bags and other projects! They also work great in Row by Row quilts as row extenders, labels or as a souvenir of the shops visited. Mix and match with FabricPlates!

Many rowers chose to “hang” CharmStamps from the 2018 The 9th Row pattern by Karen Montgomery. Ask for the pattern in your local quilt shop.

Regal Fabrics and Sewing in Spokane, Washington stitched this cute sewing catch-all from Sue O’Very Designs.
