In March I flew from Syracuse NY to Denver, CO, to film an episode of The Quilt Show. I had a fun and fabulous time!

Alex was pleasantly surprised to learn most of the live studio audience already knew about Row by Row Experience. She and I talked a little about the basics of Row by Row and joined Ricky for a conversation around the creative layout of rows in quilts. Wait until you see the ideas!

Of course, The Quilt Show is more than just talking, so Ricky and I worked on a row! Our project included a clever way to transfer shapes to fabric without tracing.

The show is scheduled to air online on May 29 and although The Quilt Show is a subscription based program, you can watch this episode for free May 29–June 5. Be watching here for the link for the free offer.

Big thanks to the talented rowers who lent their quilts for the show! Gail Surrena from Alaska, Frances Rice-Farrand from California, Carol Bartlow from Idaho, Cindy Jones from Ontario and Lynette Martinez from Utah.
