This past week the Arizona Quilters’ Guild held their annual quilt show in Mesa, Arizona. No… I wasn’t there. (so sad) But those who attended were very impressed with the talented quilters.

“2019 Quilt Arizona! Jewels of the Desert” was a show to remember!

Raymond Steeves, the RxR area coordinator for Arizona, New Mexico and Utah shared this photo. He apologizes that he cut off the sides of the quilt in the photo, but he couldn’t stand back far enough to get the whole thing.

Check out that quilt!!

Designed and stitched by Annette Nealy using her 2017 rows from 8 different countries. Annette’s tag stated, “No pattern was used, but saw a similar design and created my own pattern and made modifications.”

Titled “Around the World” the quilt included rows from Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. It was professionally quilted by Donna Goldbeck.

I see that Annette included one of my favorite rows of all times from Germany.

How often do you see Row by Row quilts at quilt shows? I do most every time!
