While on a road trip to Franklin, North Carolina, I stopped in at Sassy Stitches to check out their shop and their Row.  Met owners Lindy and Anne.  Their shop is great and the row and license plate Sew Sassy reflected this upbeat and lovely couple of ladies.  Lindy tells her story:

“Sassy Stitches was purchased by Lindy and her mother, Anne, on July 1, 2016.  Mother and daughter had lived apart for many years and are so thankful to be sharing time together at their new shop, Sassy Stitches, formerly Deb’s Cats n’ Quilts.  The shop first opened as a small three-room shop in 2005.  Lindy has been part of the shop since the beginning.  She taught school during the week and worked at the shop on weekends and during the summer.  Today Sassy Stitches is a 4300 square foot, full-service quilt shop.  Prior to the purchase of the shop, Deb’s Cats n’ Quilts was honored to be a featured shop in Quilt Sampler magazine.  Customers came from several nearby states to participate in our classes and just to shop.   Visitors have stopped in from Canada and England.  The owners and staff pride themselves on excellent customer service, making sure everyone has fun, and providing an exciting place to gather, learn, and fellowship.”

Lindy invites you to stop by their shop if you are ever in the area.  She says, “Hope to see you soon!”
