Glad that does'nt apply to me! I buy my fabric to make quilts! I have a 2 hour round trip to get fabric. My fabric collection is so I don't have to go more often to the store! - I shop in my own store. My husband can sit at home, doing what he wants, instead of sleeping in the car waiting for me. This makes for a happier marriage---50 years now!

...and may be contagious.

That’s exactly right! My stash proves it!

I have had this since I was 8 years old, no chance of a cure now ๐Ÿคฃ

Not enough room to wall around my house anymore seems to have cured me.

Oh so true ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

Yup...just suffered a serious attack of this. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

I almost lost my truck several times parking at quilt shops for what seemed like eternity. It’s amazing how it takes to look over 20,000 bolts of material for the exact fabric match.

To funny but not funny but most places we go have good parking. Some of the shops are very small and no room to move in even with just a few people but there are some really nice shops out there

Best I have seen about a husband who is waiting for his wife in a quilt shop.

This is true, sad for the car, but the husband found a friendly coffee shop and was OKay the last we time we checked. His wife is still shopping ... caught a bus to Toronto and hasn't been heard from since the early '80's ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚

Under the shade of a coolabah tree?? Was he drinking??

I don’t think my sweetie has ever been inside a quilt shop; he leaves that to me! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

My late husband was expert at cutting out quilt pieces and had great colour and artistic sense. So he often accompanied me to fabric shops. Miss his expert help

There closing some of them down as the costs to keep them running is to high

Ohhhhh. So funny. I used to have a photo in my shop of a skeleton sitting in a chair with same caption

Patty that’s why Jim stays home when I go quilt shopping unless it’s in a mall there he can sit and visit with other men

Lol!!!!! Truth is my hubby is apt to pick out lots of fabric! Still have a bag full he bought several years ago and I haven’t yet come up with a pattern for it.

You found my car!

No quilting fabric so far in Greece,I keep being told Athens and we were already there!

Glen loved this!!

You just can’t rival the Canadian sense of humor. I’ll be laughing for a while thinking of this.

And I had to explain this to my wife! ๐Ÿ˜

Oh that is too funny but I could see that happening to Stewart if he waited for me in the fabric store๐Ÿ˜‚

Very funny!! Or maybe a woman parked it in the shade while her husband was in the model train shop!

My quilting circle thought this was great. For us though my husband picks out more fabric than I do. He always has a long ever-growing project wish list for me.

Soooo did they check the trunk??

Wow! Wonder how long that’s been there to have the trees grow into it that way?!

He should have entered the quilt shop with her....She likely forgot he was in the car.....

Don says it looks more like my car than his. VERY FUNNY. Though I do spend most of the third sat. every month at the Cozy Creative center (quilt shop) it is in El Cajon. Best shop ever. Love to you and Neil๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

We Canadians can find a parking spot anywhere. We’ll do anything and park anywhere we can as long as we don’t have to pay.

I met to add: my husband is sewing jelly rolls and making Bargello quilts and Going to have two in a quilt shop this weekend accepted as a beginner and man entry. I’m totally proud of him
